I am a self-proclaimed, quasi frugalist, who’s passionate about the principles of progress and continuous improvement with respect to my kids, learning, investing, fitness, health, life experiences, and friendships.  This passion has led me down the path of accumulating multiple streams of cash generating assets.  My cash generating assets include: 1) cash flow positive rental properties, and 2) fractional ownership shares of excellent businesses.

I typically lean towards  businesses with shareholder friendly management that share a portion of profits with owners like me, so that one day I can reach and exceed my goal of financial independence sooner rather than later!  Financial independence to me means that my passive income exceeds all of my annual fixed and non-recurring expenses plus a very generous accelerating cushion.

I’d love for Investor Peek to be a one stop shop for entertaining and educating those that are like-minded with similar goals, and with those that would like to learn or are simply interested in following my action plan as I try to make it happen.  I feel that setting up this blog will help to hold myself accountable, serve as a historical record and road map for my children and grandchildren, and amplify my knowledge and focus with your interaction, feedback, and encouragement!  Please join me on my journey.
